Hello Patty,
A tall order for any one program. You should also mention the computer
platform you want to use. You also forgot to mention how much you want to
invest in both time and money to put together a solution and make it work
the way you want.

Goldmine (and possibly ACT) coupled to one or two extra programs and some
hardware would get you close to what you want in a PC environment.

You can't beat Daylite coupled to Phone Valet over a Vonage account for the
Macintosh. You probably want to add a program like Page Sender to the mix
for your faxing needs. The Macintosh has built-in application scripting
capabilities that can be made to tie things together your way...

Interestingly enough the Macintosh is becoming more PC compatible than
Windows and it's latest variation called Vista. I would be a Windows basher
if not for the fact that no other operating system provides a meal ticket
for so many... I use a Macintosh for my own needs because I don't get paid
making it work for myself... And it does make checking pc files for viruses
and other malware so much easier...

Just a few ideas to get you going...

J.P.
