common business documents tutorial needed

I'm trying to educate someone on some of the common business documents
and what they are for, e.g. PO (commitment to order), Invoice (bill),
Packing Slip (delivered to accounting to indicate shipment received), etc.

Anyone know of any online tutorials? (Searches for these things result
in huge quantities of links that are not helpful.)
